Warranty Terms

All products purchased on the website www.k-motors.ge are covered by warranty in accordance with the terms and periods defined in these rules.

The warranty period begins on the date of installation of the purchased item if the installation is performed at any branch of LLC “K-Motors”.
If the purchased item is not installed at the branches of LLC “K-Motors”, the warranty period begins on the date the item is handed over to the buyer.

The Company is obliged to provide the buyer with products free from material defects. Therefore, if a material defect (factory defect) is detected within 3 days from the date of delivery, the buyer must immediately contact the Company and notify it about the factory defect.
Improper installation or improper operation of the product is not considered a material defect.

For items purchased without installation at the branches of LLC “K-Motors”, the warranty does not apply if the installation is performed incorrectly.

Warranty conditions for parts that require scheduled (regulatory) maintenance (e.g., turbochargers, engines, etc.) or other specific conditions apply only if such maintenance is carried out at LLC “K-Motors” service centers or if all prescribed rules are followed.

For batteries purchased on www.k-motors.ge, the warranty does not apply if the vehicle’s electrical system is faulty and/or if components or modifications not provided by the vehicle manufacturer’s original configuration are installed (e.g., refrigeration unit, alarm system, central lock, electric windows, and other similar electrical systems).
