Return Policy
Product Return Conditions
The User has the right to refuse the purchase and return the acquired product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving it, except for the cases provided under Articles 13 and 14 of the Law of Georgia “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
If the User wishes to return a product purchased through the website, he/she must notify the Company in writing or via email (insert email address) and provide the following information:

User’s full name, actual address, telephone number, and email address

Date of order placement

Date of actual receipt of the product purchased through the website

Username registered on the website and the delivery address

Signature (if the notice is provided in written form)

Date of sending the return notification
When returning a product purchased through the Company’s website, the product must be returned to any of the Company’s branches located in: Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi.
The User is obliged to return the product in full, together with all accompanying documents and packaging (if available: box, bag, etc.). Upon return, the product must include all components and documents provided or attached by the Company at the time of delivery.
The Company reserves the right to refuse the return and not to reimburse the amount paid by the User if the product and/or its accompanying components/documents show any defects or signs of use.
Depending on the condition of the product, the Parties may agree on a partial refund.
Within 14 calendar days from the date the returned product is received by the Company, the Company shall fully reimburse the User for the amount paid (or the mutually agreed amount).
The refund will be made in the same payment method used by the User during the purchase (unless otherwise agreed by the Parties).
