Terms and Conditions of Delivery of Goods
The Company’s obligation to hand over the product arises after the User places an order and pays the full amount.
When placing an order, the User selects one of the available delivery methods and confirms this choice by submitting the order.
The User may choose either delivery service or the option of picking up the product from a selected branch.
If the User chooses the delivery service, the purchased item may be delivered within Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi. The price of the purchased product includes delivery costs.
If the User selects the option of picking up the product from a branch, he/she chooses the branch during the ordering process (1. Tbilisi, Z. Iarajuli St. No. 29; 2. Tbilisi, A. Isakiani St. No. 55; 3. Kutaisi, Nikea St. No. 37; 4. Batumi, Khakhuli St. No. 50b).
The User is obliged to pick up the product within 24 hours after placing the order.
If the User delays the pickup for 5 (five) days, the order will be cancelled and the paid amount will be refunded.
In case of payment in cash, the User must appear at the pickup location within 24 hours; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the order.
If the User chooses delivery service, the Company will ensure delivery throughout Georgia either through courier service or independently, to the address provided by the User. Delivery times are defined as follows:

Within Tbilisi, Batumi, and Kutaisi:
delivery of products valued up to 50 GEL will be completed within 7 business days;
delivery of products valued above 50 GEL will be completed within 3 business days.
In certain cases (e.g., if the product is out of stock or for other reasons), this timeframe may be extended by 3 to 7 days.
Before delivery, the courier and/or operator will contact the User to agree on the exact delivery time.
If the User is not available at the provided address at the agreed time, any subsequent delivery attempts will be communicated in advance, and the User shall reimburse the additional courier service fee (the User will be notified in advance of such additional charges).
The User is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the User provides an incorrect address and delivery is carried out to the wrong location, the User shall be liable for the delivery costs both to the incorrect and to the correct address (the User will be informed in advance of such additional charges).
If delivery of the purchased item to the Buyer is unsuccessful, the Buyer is entitled to collect the item from any branch of LLC “K-Motors” within 3 days; otherwise, the order will be cancelled and the Buyer will be refunded the paid amount.
An order is considered completed once the product is handed over to the User.
The User must inspect the delivered product upon receipt and, in case of any visible defect, immediately submit a claim to the Company.
If the Company sends the wrong product to the User, the Company shall, at its own expense, deliver the correct product and reimburse the delivery cost.
If the User makes an error in placing the order, the User shall pay the cost of repeated delivery.
The payable amount will also be adjusted according to the price difference between the product initially ordered and the product the User intended to order.
Upon the User’s request, the Company is obliged to provide all documents related to the order (if such documents exist).
